If you have concerns or complaints on our patient care and/or your visit with us, we encourage you to inform us. We would appreciate hearing it from you.

Step 1

You may inform our staff regarding your concern. They will do their best to address the situation.

Step 2

If the services provided does not meet your expectations or address your needs, you may ask for a Customer Feedback Form from our Reception Area and it will be referred to our Clinic Manager.

Step 3

If you feel that your concerns or complaints should be discussed privately, you may choose to send your feedback through email info@tokyohealthlink.net and our Clinic Manager will attend to your concern.
